BELT REQUIREMENTS
White belts - no uniform required (wear comfortable clothing to class)

White belt with black stripe - need a black Kaizen Karate t-shirt prior to testing for this belt

Orange belts - need a black Kaizen Karate t-shirt prior to testing for this belt

Yellow belts - must have a black Kaizen Karate uniform prior to testing for this belt

Green belts - must have a full set of sparring gear 3-4 months prior to testing for this belt

REQUIRED MOUTHGARD UPDATE
11/7/2022: Due to supply chain issues, mouth guards are currently unavailable for purchase from Kaizen Karate; therefore, they are NOT included in sparring gear orders. Please be sure to purchase a mouth guard from a retailer of your choice in order to participate in sparring during class.

CHOOSING YOUTH CLOTHING SIZES
When choosing youth clothing, you may want to choose a higher size as children grow fast.
